Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays).

Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your package has left our fulfillment center.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Address Accuracy & Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout. If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once a shipping label is generated and dispatched, address modifications cannot be made.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we work closely with reliable shipping carriers to ensure prompt delivery, AGLOW INTERNATIONAL is not directly responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather, customs holds, or holiday backlogs.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your parcel:

Verify the delivery address entered on your order confirmation.

Allow 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark items delivered prematurely.
